SALES MANAGER - MICE
Responsibilitie:
Responsible for revenue production for the hotel, and meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for occupancy and average daily rate (ADR). Manages all areas of sales according to Brand standards to achieve a professional rapport within the local business community.
The Sales Manager is a “hands-on” manager, actively involved on a daily basis in securing, qualifying and following up on leads to book specific business. The Sales Manager’s central focus is in sales. The Sales Manager should not be required to assume operational responsibilities, but should spend most of his/her times selling the “product” – the hotel.
Requirements Lowongan Kerja Cibitung Januari 2014 :
-Having a Good network, Dynamic and hard working.
-Ability to analyze and manage MICE, FIT and others market segment.
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and strong ability to deal with people from all levels in professional ways (good networking).
-Computer literate.
-Energetic, presentable, enthusiastic and positive individuals.
-Willing to be stationed in Jakarta Sales Office.
-Knowledge of computers and internet
-Bachelor or Diploma degree in related field
-Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality industry with solid client data base.
Language & Communication Skills:
-Ability to read and speak Indonesian and English Language
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and strong ability to deal with people from all levels in professional ways (good networking).
Personal Characteristic:
-Be motivated, confident and have an analytical / problem solving capabilities
-Be curious by being aware, taking time to discover and being current
-Able to work with team
-Can-do Positive Attitude
-Ability to work with minimal supervision required
Others:
-Must be flexible in daily working hours
-Must be able to plan ahead under constraints of timetables.
